To begin a new chapter in our simple life, we started with something very basic.... Cow Poo! In our efforts to be more "natural" / organic, we are now using natural resources to help our garden grow. Goodbye Miracle Grow and other chemical fertilizers! We really need to thank our new friends the Graveldingers for both the poo and trailer.
After two trailer loads and approximately 5 yards of poo, everyone is quite tired and sore. Check back this summer to see the results!
The funniest thing during our "family time" was the comment from Elizabeth stating, "I really don't mind the smell."
What a nice way to start our blog....

Welcome to the blog world :) don't let it consume you!
love your MO friends
Love your blog!! What a beautiful day to spread that lovely fertilizer. Good job!! Hopefully the wind blows to the southeast and not the northwest so we don't get any whiffs. :)
Your friends that live just to the north.
So glad you guy's started your blog! Yeah:)
thank you for sharing your interests and thoughts on life with us
it's a shame you can't use Great Dane Poo for your garden, although since we changed dog food we don't have nearly as much as we used to.
look forward to seeing you next month

Hi, Cuthbertsons! I saw your link from the Qs :) We bought a portion of a cow from the Graveldingers last year! How nice of them to provide you with poo. Perhaps some of it came from the cow we ate a portion of tonight!! ;)
